Stories are really neat. Hope they do more.

My kids love this! They get personalized messages from over the ocean straight to their stuffed animal and they can listen over and over. My only complaint is that the app doesnt notify you when you have new messages unless you open the app. Other than that its been so fun for our family. Kids cherish these and get so excited for new messages the notice when the heart on the stuff animal is flashing (after I have bluetoothed the message over from the app)

It would be a lot better if it could keep more than one message on the pet at a time. Also would seem to make more sense to have a folder for delivered messages so that parents dont accidentally send the same ones.. Plus you would think that for the cost of these things they wouldve made these a little more interactive. Maybe cute little things you could send to the pet to say.. I dont know. Kind of cute but seems like a half-baked idea.

So many glitches, trial and error, whatever you wanna call it, but once we got the hang of it, WE LOVE IT!❤️

We recently purchased our first CloudPet & absolutely love it! Our little guy enjoys receiving messages through his little bear ❤️ although we dont get notified when he receives messages its still worth the purchase!

The directions say to download the free ap. Imagine my surprise when I find its $1.99 and my family and friends will have to pay to play

My daughter received a cloudpet as a gift from a friend, and in order for it to work I now have to purchase an app. The app should be free, the product was already purchased. The instructions even says the app is free. I called support at 5:05 pm, but theyre already gone. For my girl and her friend I will spend the money. But, I will give cloudpets the most horrible reviews in every place I can find. Join me!

-The app should be free, why we should spend additional 2$? -The sound should be controlled to higher.. No?

I ditto everyone else who had a hard time setting this up. To have to pay for an app that isnt user friendly and doesnt give notifications seems odd. Ive never paid for an app before. Like literally. It should at least be free to the family you invite to send messages. And where are the notifications? I cant check this app daily to see if someone sent a message.

...and neither are the in-app stories that say FREE! Ugh. Lies!

I paid $3 for this and it wont even work right. Nor will the near. I try to send a lullaby and it starts to play the music and then all of a sudden theres this horrible noise, that wont stop till I turn it off. And then as soon as I press the paw it starts all over. And none of the messages my mom sends to it will go through, even when shes sitting right next to it

When we bought a CloudPet for our daughter, it worked on her iPad. Now its been updated to using Bluetooth 4.0 which is not supported on iPad 1 or 2. So now its utterly useless. Lets think of your audience here - not all kids are using the latest and greatest technology. Now shes devastated. Cant even play the mini games without connecting to a CloudPet which is insane. Most definitely do not recommend this app or toy.

I can record a message on the app. The heart on the stuffed animal lights up but the message does not play when the button on the bear is pushed. A waste of time and money.

Id give this 5-stars if it had a longer record time. I cant record "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" as 10 seconds is not enough time. Change this length to 1-minute max and I will rate 5-stars. Helps dads, like me, when we are away in military leave.

Im still trying to grasp the concept of having to continue to send songs and stories to the pet in order to actually do something? This is ridiculous- The worst child game I have ever purchased- I am giving this one star because absolute 0 Is not an option->:/

I purchased a Cloud Pet for my 6 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She was so excited and her mom easily set up her own account so that the Cloud Pet could receive messages. And since Christmas only her mom has been able to send messages. Despite repeated requests, no one else has received the email that enables them to access the Pet! No access - no messages!! I even emailed the company but never heard back from them. It has become an expensive stuffed animal and nothing more. Maybe it will be great once the company works out all the kinks but until then DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! My granddaughter has asked me repeatedly to send her a message. Cloud Pets should be ashamed of themselves for disappointing children. This Pet is going back to the store!

Have been wanting this toy for a few months and finally decided to buy it... Got it working but when I try to invite a relative, it says there are no children attached. Even though I had added my daughter as a child. Please fix !

I dont get notified when theres a message even though my alerts are all on. Also, theres always a problem when sending the message to the toy. I have to turn it off then back on every time. My 6 year old daughter loves it though, she doesnt know about the struggles with the app.

App wont even open. So disappointed. Waste of money
