This is such a horrible product! Im in the military and constantly away from my daughter. I was so excited to get this for her only to realize I basically bought her a brick that looks like a stuffed animal. Can you imagine the disappointment she has now? Can you imagine how mad I am now that I look like a fool in front of my daughter? Great concept, but man you guys really preyed on the hardworking traveling parent market this time.

This thing seems to be nothing but trouble. Will not connect to IPhone or iPad

Not sure why everyone is so angry. My wife is far from tech savvy and set this thing up yesterday on her phone and my phone in a few minutes. She called my dad 2,000 miles away and told him he could start sending messages to my son, and a 54 year old who still has an AOL email account (tech savvy!) sent my son a message five minutes later. In the days since, theyve had messages going back and forth without incident, and my son literally jumps up and down when he hears them because its his grandpas voice and its coming from a stuffed dog. If theres a downside I guess its that my wife gets the message first on her phone and has to be in the room with the dog to send the message to it, but that takes about 10 seconds. Not really that tough. It works fine. I guess Im the lucky one.

Updated to the new firmware and now I cant get anything to work!! For $40 I would expect more!! Fix this right way. Dont buy until you know it works!!

Does anyone else experience a loud error noise in the middle of music playing?? I love this pet I know it has some glitches but my mom sent it from FL and my son loved getting msgs from gramma. But I wanted to put the lullaby package on that my mom purchased and the error noise is less than soothing.

Bought the unicorn tonight on clearance. After reading the reviews I was not expecting much, but I havent had a bit of trouble. My little girl loves it. Shes just starting to recognize different voices. When she heard her Mimi talk, she grinned from ear to ear. This is the best $20 Ive spent

You can only send one message at a time 10 seconds only. If they dont listen to the message before you send another it erases it. It cracks and make bad receiver noises . I love the idea best invention ever !!! Needs to be worked on more

App connected to our clod pet twice. Never have been able to connect again. My daughter doesnt even know she can get messages through her cloud pet. The customer service is terrible! Have sent two emails to customer support and have yet to receive a response.

Received at Christmas and worked fine until the last update around end of January ... Now I just stare at the app hoping the connection will turn from yellow to green. I have a backlog of 9 messages from my kids grandparents.... Guess we will have to listen through the app and not the stuffed animal... Disappointed

Im not sure why so many reviewers have rated this poorly as it works perfectly fine for me! We love our new Cloud Pet and it really doesnt take a genius to get it to work. Its simply explained in the instructions. Maybe people should do more research on an item before spending their money on it. Anyway, we got the blue bunny and she is terrific! The rating on this app really doesnt fit well at all which is really disappointing and I feel bad for the creators! They did a job well done so thank you!! :3

The process to set up the pet is buggy and annoying. Sending messages to the pet works when it wants to. Disappointed right now and Im hoping they improve it.

Ever since the update, the app does not connect to the Cloud Pet. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you.

My app and Cat worked fine for a couple of weeks. Then all of a sudden one day I turned on the app and it wont connect. It stays yellow and wont turn green. Still Wont work after spending real money. Waiting a long time for a fix!!! Update your App if you want customers. Hello!!!!!

This is far too complicated for young kids to use! Now I see why the price was clearances by $20. Not worth a penny. Nice thought, but not well thought out. Disappointed kids.

The range is pretty bad. The recording time is pretty short too. Id like to be able to record a song but its too short. The new update has made it so I cant send new messages to the pet.the same one plays over and over again. Ive sent multiple different messages, nothing works. It was a good concept but it needs a LOT of work.

I rarely write reviews but I have family all over the states and this is an awesome way for genuine communication between family members and children. There are several things that can be fixed such as recording time and app updates for bugs (very slow) but my daughter loves it and and like how she can communicate with family far away!

I like how when your in the kids account then they can tap the cloud pet and it kinds of interacts with them but for that can you add a thing where the virtual cloud pet has to sleep eat and be tickled then I rate 5 ⭐️

The pet works great but the app needs work. There are no notifications for received messages. This is pretty frustrating as you have to check the app frequently to see if there are any new messages. If you received notifications then I would have no complaints.

I cant believe that you have to pay 0.99$ for a very high read by kids I dont think thats right.

It would be a lot better if it could keep more than one message on the pet at a time. Also would seem to make more sense to have a folder for delivered messages so that parents dont accidentally send the same ones.. Plus you would think that for the cost of these things they wouldve made these a little more interactive. Maybe cute little things you could send to the pet to say.. I dont know. Kind of cute but seems like a half-baked idea.
