Lets fight this!!

My daughter received a cloudpet as a gift from a friend, and in order for it to work I now have to purchase an app. The app should be free, the product was already purchased. The instructions even says the app is free. I called support at 5:05 pm, but theyre already gone. For my girl and her friend I will spend the money. But, I will give cloudpets the most horrible reviews in every place I can find. Join me!
