DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY - NO COMPANY SUPPORT

I purchased a Cloud Pet for my 6 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She was so excited and her mom easily set up her own account so that the Cloud Pet could receive messages. And since Christmas only her mom has been able to send messages. Despite repeated requests, no one else has received the email that enables them to access the Pet! No access - no messages!! I even emailed the company but never heard back from them. It has become an expensive stuffed animal and nothing more. Maybe it will be great once the company works out all the kinks but until then DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! My granddaughter has asked me repeatedly to send her a message. Cloud Pets should be ashamed of themselves for disappointing children. This Pet is going back to the store!
