Inconsistent
After 4 months, I have given our cloud pet MANY opportunities to improve but quite frankly Im tired of this. With our first pet we got, it was easy to set up and use and worked fine until a month later. It started making that horrible buzzing sound & sometimes a jumbled up word sound some and then started doing it more frequently(mostly during the lullaby at night). My other child, who is 3, got one and it instantly started making those sounds, which really scared her. Also, her lullaby played on low is significantly louder than the other pets and sometimes we have to put it across her room and cover it to muffle how loud it is. A lullaby on low volume should be quiet and relaxing, not so loud that I can hear it through her shut door and mine. I wrote in to the app support and never got a response but then not long after is when the update came out. The first night, I couldnt connect to the pets to start their lullaby but the next day and for a while after that, I could. The other thing Ive noticed since the update is the whole time the pet is turned on, the red light is flashing, which is less than ideal since theyre sleeping next to them at night. Then yesterday the noises started back and now today I cant connect to it after multiple attempts and switching it on/off a lot. Its pretty ridiculous at this point to have this many issues on a kids toy. Ive given it the benefit of the doubt for a while but Im truly over it. And for a toy thats so inconsistent, its kind of tacky to charge for the newly added lullabies and stories!
